How Bookings Work

Agreement

These terms apply to photo booth rentals, event photography and brand activations provided by Big Bang Fotos in metro Atlanta, Georgia. By requesting a quote, booking an event or using this website, you agree to them. Your signed event agreement or invoice controls where it differs from this page.

Quotes and Pricing

Pricing is built per event, based on date, hours, location, guest count and the design work involved. Quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to the date still being open. Prices shown or discussed before a quote is issued are estimates, not offers.

Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed when we receive your signed agreement and the retainer stated on your quote.
• The remaining balance is due on the date shown on your invoice, typically before the event date.
• We accept card, ACH and check, and we provide a W-9 and invoice for corporate clients.
• Dates are not held without a retainer.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

• If you reschedule more than 30 days before the event, your retainer moves to the new date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations 30 days or more before the event forfeit the retainer.
• Cancellations inside 30 days are due in full, because that date can no longer be rebooked.
• If we cannot deliver your event for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid.

What You Provide On Site

• Safe access to the venue for load-in and load-out, including any dock rules, elevator reservations or vendor windows.
• A level space of roughly 8 feet by 8 feet with a standard power outlet within 25 feet.
• Cover if the booth will be outdoors, and a plan for rain or extreme heat.
• Any venue insurance certificates or permits the venue requires from vendors.

Service and Equipment

Every booking includes an attendant, delivery, setup, teardown and unlimited printing during your service window. We bring backup equipment and supplies. If the booth is interrupted by equipment failure, we work to restore it and, where it cannot be restored, refund the unused portion of your service time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the venue, power loss, or acts outside our control.

Photos and Content

Guests receive prints and digital copies as included in your package. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use selected photos from your event in our gallery, portfolio and social media. If you would prefer your event stay private, tell us before the event or email us afterwards and we will remove it.

Third-Party Booking Links

Some buttons on this site take you to a third-party booking form to check live pricing and availability. That service has its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content or availability.

Liability

Our liability for any claim connected to an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or event costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Website Use

The text, photos, designs and branding on this site belong to Big Bang Fotos and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book is the one that applies to your event.
